Pointers From Series

Function XPtrFromSeries(seriesIndex:Integer):vecPtr;

Function yPtrFromSeries(seriesIndex:Integer):vecPtr;

{Defined in UNIT SGraph.} Example

_____________________________________________________________ Functions to return the pointer to the stored data. Using pointers is an advance technique that allows the programmer direct access to the underlying data structure, i.e., memory, that stores the (x,y) data points. This technique is FAST but you must provide error checking. In particular, you must make sure that you do not access more memory than has been allocated for the vecPtr.

To get one or two data points from a series it is usually safer and easier to use DatumFromSeries.
