Click Start to begin the exercise. You will see three charged particles (red, green and blue) that are placed at initial positions on the screen. The three particles exert a force on the purple test charge at the center of the screen. The purple test charge moves under the effect of the net Coulomb force due to the three charges. Click on "reset" and reposition the three charges by click-dragging them in order to make the test charge go through the goal on the left without touching either side of the goal. The coordinates x and y are given in meters.
Report your success, the positions of the three charges that cause the purple test charge to go through the goal, and the time that it took you to achieve success.
