In the laboratory, you construct the circuit shown above.  You place a 1 nanoFarad capacitor in parallel with a 10 microHenry inductor.  Then you place this combination of circuit elements in series with a 1 kilo-ohm resistor and a 10 V, 2 MHz sine wave generator.

Analyze this series-parallel AC circuit and find:

                (a) the impedance of the whole circuit and

                (b) the current in each individual component.

Use phasor diagrams and remember that the voltage across each component in parallel is the same, while the current through components in series is the same.
