Buttons

• [Run]--- propagate the simulation forward in time.
• [Stop]--- pause the simulation.
• [Clear]--- clear all data, zero forces, clear graphs, and reset the time to 0.
• Ramp Buttons--- allow the user to change, when applicable to the simulation, the amplitude of the alternating voltage/magnetic field; the magnitude of the static electric potential; the temperature of the background gas. User specifies the final and initial times and values, and the program linearly changes the selected parameter.
