Diode
Lasers- written report on a laboratory performed with Tom Haynie in
March, 1996, investigating the properties of diode lasers.
Scanning
Tunneling Microscope- visual guides used for an oral presentation on
April 12, 1996. John Cowan and I used the STM to view carbon atoms on a
graphite surface and MoS2 atoms. Neat pictures!
Fourier
Spectroscopy with a Michelson Interferometer- Final Intermediate Laboratory
project which investigates the relationship between the interferogram produced
by a Michelson interferometer and the discrete wavelengths present in the
light source.
