Time-dependent Superpositions and Expectation Values: Infinite Square Well 

Description

The superposition shown is an equal mix of the two states n₁ and n₂ for the infinite square well, Y_n1n2(x,t)=(1/2)^-1/2 [f_n1 (x,t) + f_n2 (x,t)].  Change the state and watch DxDp---written as dxdp---measured in hbar, change with time.

Look at what happens to the wave function and the expectation values when both n₁ and n₂ are even or odd.
