About this exercise

You will work in two windows. In this window, the exercise window, you will find the questions and space for your responses.
The second window, the physlet window, will show the simulations and the graphs.
Right now the physlet window is
Click on the resize screen button in the upper right corner of your screen so that the browser window is no longer full screen. Move the cursor down along the right side of the page and with the double arrow indicator, resize this window to occupy only the left half of the screen.
Clicking the button will open the physlet simulation window. Closing the exercise window will also close the simulation window. You will need to move the physlet window to the right of the exercise window and resize it so that both windows are nicely side-by-side.

Without changing any of the settings, run the simulation a few times by clicking the "run again" button in the physlet window and observe the graphs.
In the box below this question answer the following questions:
A. How do the components of the initial velocity vo determine how long the projectile will be in the air?
B. How do they determine the range x - xo of the projectile?
