A point source emits a cone of light before it passes through two lenses. The position of the source may be adjusted using the mouse.
Two lenses, an eyepiece and an objective, are used to make a microscope. Where should the object be placed for optimal viewing by a relaxed eye. You may focus the microscope by click-dragging the object into position. Position is measured in cm. Start More Help.
The microscope is in focus when the light rays leaving the second lens are parallel. x=0.43 cm.
